We offer a free full refund or exchange for any item within 30 days of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

🔄 Return & Exchange Process
- Step 1: Email us at [email protected] to confirm your return/exchange request before sending any items.
- Step 2: Provide the return tracking number and a copy of the original receipt (or order confirmation).
- Step 3: Ensure the item is in its original condition – unworn, undamaged, without signs of depreciation.
- Step 4: Keep all original packaging, tags, labels, and boxes intact (exactly as received).
- Step 5: Send an email with the original receipt + return tracking number to [email protected].
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and send you a confirmation email.
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping?
- a) Incorrect or damaged product: Please contact customer service immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning multiple items, please send them together in one package to receive a free return on all items. Returning each item individually may incur additional shipping fees.
- b) Change of mind / product in good condition: Return postage costs must be borne by you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
✧ The same shipping policy applies to exchanges (unless the return is due to our error).

Refunds will be issued to the same PayPal account after the returned item is approved.

📌 Important Conditions
- The product must be in its original state – unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
- The original packaging must be kept (including boxes, pouches, labels).
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected. The website reserves the right to refuse any non-compliant returns and send the rejected items back to the original shipping address (at your own cost).
- To avoid rejection, please contact our Customer Care team before returning any item if you have concerns about eligibility.
- Follow the return instructions we send via email – any item returned without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.
📎 Please note: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically.
For exchange requests, we will ship the replacement item within 5–7 business days after approval (subject to stock availability).
